3/4" x 1.2" QR Code Tag Printer

Built-in physical label printer engine that outputs high-density 3/4" x 1.2" tags with crisp 0.5" x 0.5" QR codes for instant optical scanning and inventory checkouts.

Hardware System Connection Architecture

PartVault connects web software directly to physical hardware bins over local subnet connections. When a user requests a part, the database resolves the bin mapping and sends an IP packet to light up the physical LED indicator.

Launch Android App Bluetooth Web Tool

PartVault includes dedicated native firmware for ESP32 microcontrollers supporting Bluetooth (BLE) wireless setup, an embedded web server matching the PartVault dark theme, static/DHCP IP configuration with domain credentials, up to 3 PWM/addressable LED channels (suffix-based from unit part numbers like Node###_CH##), and an interactive step-by-step LED identification wizard.

1. Wireless Bluetooth Setup

Provision Wi-Fi credentials directly from your mobile phone or laptop browser via Web Bluetooth. No serial cable or monitor required.

2. Embedded Web Server

Self-hosted web manager on port 80. Configure Static IP, Gateway, Subnet, DNS servers, and Active Directory / domain credentials.

3. LED Identification Wizard

Interactive assignment tool: enter total LED count, press Start to illuminate LED 1, click "Add to Assignment" to advance, and switch channels with "Next Assignment".
